Hotel Friendly
Step 1 - Register to attend Puerto Vallarta and enter your credit card information. Upon acceptance, a $400 deposit (plus processing fee) will be charged per room. You can register up to 4 rooms under the same registration form. 

Step 2 - Once you are accepted you will receive a confirmation email with instruction to access Step 2. Here is where you will select your room configuration, schedule Ground Transportation and rent a radio for translations. Then you can proceed to make the final payment. 
Due to our contractual obligations we collect all the payments and then send a bulk payment to the hotel. Once you get to the hotel, no payment will be due. 

PRICING IS FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF PEOPLE IN THE ROOM AND NOT PER PERSON

• $120 single adult occupancy
• $165 double adult occupancy (price for 2 adults)
• $230 triple adult occupancy (2 beds only, price for 3 adults)
• $300 quadruple adult occupancy (2 beds only, price for 4 adults)
• $40 rate per child between 7-12 years old
• Children between 0 - 6 do not pay 

*For Junior Suites, above the fifth floor, there is an extra $25 upgrade fee per night per room, these rooms include a mini-fridge a are all full ocean view. Group rates can be extended for three days before and three days after the Feast.

These rates include all food costs. Taxes and gratuity are already included, although we encourage giving some extra tips since the hotel staff earns so little. All the rooms have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a full or partial ocean view (cribs and a limited amount of small refrigerators are available as a special request).

Room configuration examples:
Here are a few examples on how rooms might be configured and how to make the selections:
2 adults + 1 teen + 1 child + 1 infant = 1 double room ($165) + 1 single room ($120) + 1 child ($40)= $325 per night for 2 rooms

2 adults + 2 children (that want 2 adjoining rooms) = 1 single room ($120) + 2 children (7-12 yr old= $80) + 1 single room ($120) =$320 per night for 2 rooms

2 adults + 2 children (that only want 1 room)= 1 double room ($165) + 2 children (7-12 yr old= $80) = $245 per night for 1 room.

1 adult + 1 teen = 1 double room ($165) = $165 per night for 1 room

2 adults + 1 teen = 1 triple room ($230) = $230 per night for 1 room

2 adults + 2 teens = 1 quadruple room ($300) = $300 per night for 1 room / Or you can have 2 rooms = Room #1= 1 adult +1 teen = $165 per night and Room #2= 1 adult +1 teen = $165 per night. Total for 2 rooms for 4 people = $330

2 adults + 1 teen + 1 infant = 1 triple room ($230)

This is a limited capacity site, preference will be given to UCG members. Due to meeting hall capacity, security and the agreement with the hotel, people staying outside the hotel will not be granted access to Friendly Vallarta during the Feast (including people only wanting to attend services).
