Registration will once again be done through the Regpack website.

Step 1- create an account and fill out the initial application form.

Step 2- Once accepted, a room(s) will be added to your account and you will be able to fill out Step 2 registration and pay a $300 deposit per room. 

There will be a $40 administrative fee per account to offset administrative costs.

Site Information

We are happy to announce that in 2023, we plan to again have the Feast in beautiful Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, at Hotel Friendly, offering an all-inclusive package at very reasonable prices. With three pools and two Jacuzzis, a beachfront with warm ocean water and many activities within the hotel, this has become a very popular site for families with children and teens (children up to 6 don’t pay and from 7-12 it is $45 per child per day). Translation into English will be available during the services. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the main airport.

Puerto Vallarta is considered a safe zone in Mexico with thousands of tourists from cruise ships visiting the city every week. The hotel is close to the picturesque downtown and boardwalk area with plenty of transportation available and there is a large supermarket in front of the hotel with a currency exchange office (to change dollars or other currencies into pesos). We have had the Feast there for ten years and thankfully, haven’t had any security problems. Even though it is on the Pacific shoreline, it still has a semi-tropical climate with very few mosquitos. Temperatures can range from the 70s to the mid-90s, although sometimes with high humidity. All meeting rooms and hotel rooms have air-conditioning.

Chefs prepare excellent buffets from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. (with other food available round the clock, and no pork, shellfish or other unclean food will be served during our stay). There are also free drinks available, including wine, beer, tropical juices, cocktails and soft drinks. There are six restaurants within the premises, all free of charge for hotel guests, which include a brand-new restaurant on the beach, a sushi bistro and a brick-oven pizza and grill station, along with a coffee, tea, cookies and ice service in the lobby. The hotel has a full-spa and gym, with one-hour Swedish massages at 30 percent discount for our group! There is also a free tennis court, a children’s play center and several Mexican shows that will be provided, including a Children’s Party.

This is a limited capacity site and preference will be given to UCG members. Due to meeting hall capacity, security and the agreement with the hotel, people staying outside the hotel will not be granted access to Friendly Vallarta during the Feast (including people only wanting to attend Services).
