Hotel Friendly

Step 1 - Register to attend Puerto Vallarta entering basic information. Upon acceptance, a $300 deposit (plus the processing fee) will be charged per room. You can register up to 4 rooms under the same registration form. A $40 admin fee per Regpack account will also be added at checkout.

Step 2 - Once you are accepted you will receive a confirmation email with instruction to access Step 2. Here is where you will select your room configuration, schedule Ground Transportation and rent a radio for translations. Then you can proceed to make the final payment. 
Due to our contractual obligations we collect all the payments and then send a bulk payment to the hotel. Once you get to the hotel, no payment will be due. 

Pricing is for the total amount of people in the room and not per person.

• $135 single adult occupancy
• $190 double adult occupancy (price for 2 adults)
• $260 triple adult occupancy (2 beds only, price for 3 adults)
• $340 quadruple adult occupancy (2 beds only, price for 4 adults)
• $45 rate per child between 7-12 years old
• Children between 0 - 6 do not pay 

*For Junior Suites, above the fifth floor, there is an extra $30 upgrade fee per night per room, these rooms include a mini-fridge and are all full ocean view. Group rates can be extended for three days before and three days after the Feast.

These rates include all food costs. Taxes and gratuity are already included, although we encourage giving some extra tips since the hotel staff earns so little. All the rooms have air conditioning, a balcony or terrace and a full or partial ocean view (cribs and a limited amount of small refrigerators are available as a special request). In 2023, rooms have been remodeled.

Room configuration examples:
Here are a few examples on how rooms might be configured and how to make the selections:
2 adults + 1 teen + 1 child + 1 infant = 1 double room ($190) + 1 single room ($135) + 1 child ($45)= $370 per night for 2 rooms

2 adults + 2 children (that want 2 adjoining rooms) = 1 single room ($135) + 2 children (7-12 yr old= $90) + 1 single room ($135) =$360 per night for 2 rooms

2 adults + 2 children (that only want 1 room)= 1 double room ($190) + 2 children (7-12 yr old= $90) = $280 per night for 1 room.

1 adult + 1 teen = 1 double room ($190) = $190 per night for 1 room

2 adults + 1 teen = 1 triple room ($260) = $260 per night for 1 room

2 adults + 2 teens = 1 quadruple room ($340) = $340 per night for 1 room / Or you can have 2 rooms = Room #1= 1 adult +1 teen = $190 per night and Room #2= 1 adult + 1 teen = $190 per night. Total for 2 rooms for 4 people = $380

2 adults + 1 teen + 1 infant = 1 triple room ($260)
