There is no hotel within walking distance to the meeting facility. The nearest cluster of hotels is a five-minute drive.  Members are free to find their own housing as there will be no listed of discounted housing.

Taxes: total lodging tax is 12.32 percent and state sales tax is 7 percent at stores.
