• Follow the directions on the form to complete it. 
• Scan the completed form and email it to groups@cbayna.com.

Reservations must be made by April 30, 2023.

Please note:  

- When entering "Total Cost" on the form, enter the total amount of your DEPOSIT, not the total room cost. Your deposit is a total of three nights at the rate for your room category.

- All prices are in US dollars.

- If you are booking multiple rooms (and they are NOT connecting rooms), you must complete a form for EACH ROOM.

- The resort is closed from September 1 until September 29.  The earliest you can check in is September 29, but you may stay a total of 14 days after checkin at the group rate.

- The earlier you book, the more likely you are to get your desired room(s).

- Our contact person is Niki--she is personally handling our group reservations.  She will send you a confirmation, so be patient if you do not receive it right away.
