Nelson is a popular destination for New Zealanders and foreigners alike. Located on Nelson Bay, this site offers panoramic views, majestic mountains, ocean excursions and picturesque wineries.

The brethren enjoyed eight days of spiritual enrichment and personal rest from the cares of this world. The children were treated to two Bible classes and also a special “Jelly” afternoon with videos, activities, coloring books, gifts and t-shirts. It was a big hit.

During the middle of the Feast, the entire congregation enjoyed a full afternoon aboard the Abel Tasman Sea Shuttle, visiting historic sites and secluded beaches. Hiking on remote trails was enjoyed by many, as were the views of seals and other wildlife along the way. In addition, one other afternoon a “women’s high tea” was enjoyed by 16 of the ladies for several hours at the historic Melrose House mansion.

New Zealand is a great spot on God’s earth for the Feast. Plans are already underway for next year’s exciting location!
