A bit cooler and rainier than usual, we were very grateful that camp went on as planned with no interruptions. Everyone had wonderful attitudes as we walked together in the spirit of unity and godly fellowship.
In the beautiful setting of the Rocky Mountains, we enjoyed God’s artistry and His beautiful creation. In addition, the children seemed to enjoy themselves and have lots of fun!
We offered classes in Christian living, archery, canoeing and arts and crafts. We also enjoyed two nature hikes and daily campfires, sing-alongs and Bible games for children, teens and adults. Daily compass checks also helped keep us on course!
Teen staff were a big help with the smaller children and had an opportunity to spend an hour together at the Activity Center each evening after “lights out” for the preteen campers. Many lifelong, close relationships begin at camp.
We hope you will consider joining us at Camp Colorado in 2020!
