2019 Feast of Tabernacles

Glacier Country, Montana

Early snows covered the highest peaks while precipitation during the Feast frosted the lower mountains with a dusting of snow. Many were able to explore sections of Glacier National Park such as Avalanche Creek, McDonald Lake, Apgar Village and Polebridge.

The conference room in the lower level of Glacier Mountain Lodge served as the venue for services and numerous Bible studies held during the Feast. Messages of hope for the future and encouragement to live God’s Way now as examples edified and uplifted the Feast attendees. Messages that touched on Matthew 25 and the need to be doing the work of sheep—caring for the needs of others—were put into practice with over 2,300 pounds of food and $350 being donated to the local Flathead Valley Food Bank.

One of the highlights for many at this site is having meals together in the camp dining hall. Many took this opportunity and were rewarded with the gift of making many new friends as they fellowshipped for hours after the meals were finished. Teens enjoyed fellowship around the fireplace and playing ping pong and other games. Family Day was a hit with a four-route climbing wall, two extreme air jumpers and a castle bounce house for the younger kids.

God blessed us with temperatures in the 60 degree range and no snow or rain on Family Day. One weatherman proclaimed it would be the warmest day until next spring! Other activities included a family dance, senior’s luncheon, ladies’ tea and family bowling.

We give praise and thanks to God Almighty and Jesus Christ for blessing us with a wonderful Feast of Tabernacles and pouring out Their Holy Spirit upon us while feasting before Them in Glacier Country!
