Activities included a wine tour for 60 adults that were bussed to five area wineries to sample the local vintages. On Wednesday, brethren enjoyed an exceptionally fun Family Day with go-karts and an 18-hole miniature golf course at nearby Rattlesnake Canyon Amusement Park. Later, a family dinner and dance was held. Young adults and teens wowed everyone with their advanced swing dance techniques.

On Thursday, some brethren hiked up Mount Kobau and down to Covert Farms Estate where they enjoyed an organic wine tasting. Meanwhile, the teens enjoyed an outdoor cookout and beach volleyball at the Feast venue. The same day, a golf tournament challenged members of all skill levels to work together at Sonora Dunes.

Friday found the seniors enjoying a catered meal and an interactive discussion led by Ed Dowd at the Seniors’ Luncheon. They also enjoyed games of cribbage on two evenings during the Feast.

The members appreciated having the Feast with a centralized location where members could stay together and walk directly from their lodging to the daily church services, main activities, catered events, scenic walkways and local establishments. God provided us with a taste of the future Kingdom of God and the unifying relationships that will abound on Earth.
