2020 Feast of Tabernacles

Panama City Beach, Florida

It was truly a Festival atmosphere with the spirit of rejoicing before the Lord abounding! Services were held daily at the Edgewater Beach Resort in a beautiful millennial setting. Although a hurricane was brewing in the Gulf, God saw fit to push it past Panama City Beach, and allowed the brethren to safely enjoy the beautiful beaches, sunshine and warm temperatures of the region.

Family day was held at nearby Rock’it Lanes with roller skating, bowling and a wide variety of arcade games. Our senior members enjoyed a fantastic meal at a long-time favorite: family-owned restaurant Capt. Jack’s. Teens, singles and young adults enjoyed a variety of hospitalities and get-to-know-you games. The cost of all activities was offset by the brethren’s generous donation to the Family Helping Family fund.

Most importantly, we were fed a steady diet of rich spiritual food from a wide variety of speakers. The theme of the coming millennial rule of Jesus Christ was clear, as was the work that we must do both now and then. Adding to the meat of the messages each day was enthusiastic song services, special music and the virtual choirs. May God speed the day when the whole earth gathers together to rejoice before Him!
