2021 Feast of Tabernacles

Winneba, Ghana

The venue was an open-air facility, which made for an ideal location in conformity with the COVID-19 social-distancing requirements and also provided ample ventilation. There was a high day attendance of 196. Regional senior pastor Paul Moody also visited this year. Messages highlighted the need to stay the course in our pursuit of the goodness of God’s Kingdom to come, in an increasingly hopeless world. Translations were made from English to the local Twi/Fante language and vice versa. Special music presentations in between messages and the energetic song service provided an enthralling atmosphere.

There were activities such as a communal meal coupled with indoor games organized by the Winneba brethren. An exciting Bible quiz took place between selected representatives of all the congregations to not only test Bible knowledge, but also to encourage the youth to engage in personal Bible studies for spiritual growth. Additionally, Paul Moody conducted a family Bible study.

Visiting among brethren, a football competition and beach hangouts took place on the social activity scene, culminating in the strengthening of bonds and friendships as a hallmark of the 2021 Feast of Tabernacles.

It was a wonderful blessing for all of Ghana’s six congregations to converge and fellowship for what was yet another memorable Feast of God.
