FEBRUARY 17, 2017: The Cincinnati East, Ohio, congregation of the United Church of God is continuing its bi-weekly Beyond Today Bible study series titled: “The Minor Prophets.” Part eight will be given on Wednesday, February 22 at the time of 7 p.m. ET and will be available live via webcast.

For the eighth study, Steve Myers, a presenter on Beyond Today television and Cincinnati pastor will present “Zephaniah: Hidden of the Lord.”

Zephaniah predicts that God has bigger plans than the end of the world. The Day of the Lord is at hand, a terrible day for those who have rebelled. It won’t stop at Judah—the whole world will be punished. Zephaniah’s message was not just for ancient Judah but also for our day. Doom is eminent but Zephaniah’s message also includes God’s restoration of all things to a world of peace and joy.
