Camp Florida

Camp Florida starts Monday May 29, at the breathtaking Florida Elks Youth Camp in Umatilla, Florida. Within a short drive from Orlando and attractions, this camp is built for fun on 410 beautiful acres.

Our goal is to provide an environment in which each camper will grow and strengthen their relationship with God and each other. This year we will focus on teaching God’s way of life and guiding campers in their race to their crown.

Camp Florida will provide a variety of activities including daily Christian living, archery, arts and crafts, campus improvement, campfire, canoeing, field games, swimming and high ropes course for campers 9 years and older.

Dorms are arranged by age. Campers should be ages 5-12 (as of May 29). To attend, campers must have successfully slept away from parents/guardians for the length of camp and be able to shower without assistance.

We are always looking for volunteer staff who have patience and a strong desire to provide the safe atmosphere that we call “the Zone,” which is critically important to the success of the program. Teen staff as young as 16 are welcome without a parent or guardian accompanying them.
