Given the spikes in COVID19 in many states, including many of the ones where we have registered guests, we decided it’s best to play it safe. Our type of event is considered the “highest risk” by the CDC, because we’d be having people from all over the country staying together in close quarters in hotel rooms, participating in activities where social distancing and mask-wearing is virtually impossible.
