The group discusses topics that encourage and uplift each other. The group decides what subjects to discuss by having each of the women write down a topic they would like to know more about. Each paper is placed in the club’s idea jar. A topic is pulled out at random following each meeting to decide what the next meeting will be about. One of the members is selected to introduce the upcoming topic and everyone in the group gives input on it.

The Greensboro Ladies Club also conducts several service projects such as; a drive to collect and donate paper product to a local food pantry each month, and signing and sending cards monthly to the sick and shut-ins.
