On Jan. 31 the Los Angeles congregation extended an invitation to the Bakersfield, Redlands and San Diego congregations to enjoy an evening of fun-filled fellowship after services with Laura Peabody as the activity coordinator.

After sundown we shared a potluck dinner, changed into our 1950s costumes and participated in games, karaoke, entertainment and a hula hoop contest. We were swinging to 50s music with Loren Oesterle as our DJ. There was a photographer ready for those who wished to participate in the photo opportunity. A wonderful evening was had by all!
