Video Recording Studio Plans

Second Draft

[April 14, 2017] A second draft of architectural plans have now been drawn up for construction of the new Beyond Today video recording studio at the United Church of God home office. The graphic above shows an artist rendering of the addition to the home office.

Civil Engineers will soon review the piece of land adjacent to the office, and mechanical and electrical engineers will be brought on board. Our goal is to break ground in July of this year if all goes as planned. As you can imagine, we are very excited with the design on the drawing board so far and the opportunities the new facility will give us in being more effective in our work to preach the gospel of the Kingdom!

The first floor will include a green room, equipment room, prop and storage room and restrooms—as well as the large, open space that will comprise our main Beyond Today television set and large “sound stage.” We even plan for enough space for a studio audience and live webcasting capability.

The second floor will house an audio recording studio, another equipment room, and the main control room that will have windows looking out over the studio and set below. When completed we will have a very fine video recording facility that will be extremely flexible in fitting our needs.

Funding for the project is still about $93,000 short. Therefore, if you would like to help us reach our financial goals for the video recording studio, it would be most welcome.

Thank you for your ongoing prayers to God for His blessing on all of our proclamation work.
