We are very disappointed that we are unable to host this year, but we know it’s the right option based on the information we have today.

This decision was not made casually, considering Winter Family Weekend is such an enjoyable family event to which so many in the Church look forward. Yet, following increased concern for health and safety, we felt this was the best way to proceed at this time.

We know that this will come as an enormous disappointment to so many, but our primary concern is the responsibility we feel toward the brethren of the Church.

So this year, think of Winter Family Weekend not simply cancelled, but postponed until next year. We can look forward to that time when we can all come together to enjoy a time of faith, fellowship and fun.
