This year's Feast in St. Lucia was held at the modest Leisure Inn in Soufriere.

Thanks, glory and praise go to God Almighty who gave us the opportunity to keep the Feast in a part of St. Lucia designated a World Heritage Site. Services were held at the modest Leisure Inn in Soufriere where the maximum attendance was 44. Brethren from Australia, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Trinidad and Tobago, the U.K., United States and St. Lucia gathered together before God to enjoy a foretaste of His Kingdom.

President Rick Shabi’s opening night message of anticipating the return of Jesus Christ with singing and praising God for His blessings set the tone for the Feast. The interactive Bible study the Friday evening on the topic “What Lessons Did You Learn From the Book of Deuteronomy?” sparked much discussion on the relevance of the book to the New Testament. Other messages during the Feast focused on how to know God’s way, go God’s way and show God’s way.

Apart from a few showers, we had predominantly fine weather and enjoyed activities including family day, a hike to Gros Piton, a historical tour of one of Soufriere’s estates during which we sampled a variety of rum and chocolate, a karaoke/dance evening and a catamaran cruise during which we were blessed with a display of dolphins and an island tour.
