WHY WE WORSHIP

           Worship is God's gift to us.  Worship guides us on the pathway to really knowing God. We worship God for two reasons:  because of who He is and because of what He has done for each of us.  We are reminded that we are not to have any other gods before the one true God [Exodus 20:1-3]  God has brought us out of the slavery of sin so that we are free to worship Him.

           True worship is our response of love to the  love of God.   He reminds us that we are not our own [ I Cor. 6:19-20].   Therefore, we are to glorify God with our lives. Remember,  your life is God's gift to you, what you do with it is your gift to God.
