Good evening Brethren,
I hope you all have managed to get through this bone-chilling temperatures and are able to stay warm. The good news is that the next few days are predicted to bring some temps in the 30’s to 40’s. I even heard one forecast say that early to mid week might see a 50 degree spike. (I hope thier forecast is accurate!)
Regardless, in time, it will get warmer. Things are always changing in our present world. Our job is to hang in there and be ready.

WE CANNOT AVOID ASKING THE QUESTION, WHAT IS GOING ON? Is God possibly trying to get our attention?
It certainly does seem like events are happening in much more frequency and intensity. That is what the Bible warns of. It’s important to see that God does absolutely warn His people but, He also gives His people encouragement.
Notice what He said in Daniel 12:
Daniel prophesied it as “…a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.” (Daniel 12:1)
So, What are we, as God’s called out ones supposed to do, what are we required to do in these troubling times?
It’s really quite simple. We have to stay strong and keep the FAITH and continue to always do our part and God will always do His part.
Here is the answer directly from Christ Himself as given in God’s Word -
HERE IS WHAT HE SAID –
“…when you see these things happening, know [without any doubt] that THE KINGDOM OF GOD IS NEAR. I assure you and most solemnly say to you, THIS GENERATION [the final generation] will not pass away until everything takes place…
Luke 21:31-36 (AMP).
“BUT BE ON GUARD, so that your hearts are not weighed down and depressed with the giddiness of debauchery and the nausea of self-indulgence and the worldly worries of life, and then that day WILL NOT come on you suddenly like a TRAP – for it will come upon all those who live on the face of all the earth. But keep alert at all times [be attentive and ready], PRAYING that you may have the strength and ability [to be found worthy and] to escape all these things that are going to take place, and to stand in the presence of the Son of Man [at His coming].”
Rev. 3:11 (AMP) “I am coming quickly. Hold tight what you have, so that no one will take your crown.”
Luke 21:28 “Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near.”
Brethren, hold fast to the truth and the knowledge of God and always work to be growing in that knowledge and understanding, allowing our faith to grow stronger and stronger to be able to stand against the wiles of the devil and prove to be the true servant of Christ that we were and are called to be! Have a great Sabbath!
