There are many keys to good health, but this covers three main categories: 1. Educate yourself--and continue to educate yourself about health and your body. In this age of great confusion, this point is more important than ever. 2. Look for and deal with causes much more than effects and symptoms. 3. Practice ALL the health laws. People are prone to emphasize one or a few health habits while neglecting others that are necessary for good health. (A future sermon will cover "Three Keys to Good Nutrition.")
