New Frontiers opened up in Redlands 20 years ago. Time gives us a perspective. It is like a chapter in the book of Acts. In the book of Acts, Stephen is used powerfully. Acts is written to show how salvation was spread.
Our first message in Redlands in 1995 was called A Jew, a Gentile, and You
Original thought of the Gospel message by the apostles was it was ONLY going to go out to the Jews. Cornelius was a devout man who prayed to God always, a man of integrity, who saw a vision. Christianity is about dying within oneself, going out on a limb, growing, not being static and fixed in a position. The Gospel is not only about human repentance but human acceptance.
Robin Webber was born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1951, but has lived most of his life in California. He has been a part of the Church of God community since 1963. He attended Ambassador College in Pasadena from 1969-1973. He majored in theology and history.
Mr. Webber’s interest remains in the study of history, socio-economics and literature. Over the years, he has offered his services to museums as a docent to share his enthusiasm and passions regarding these areas of expertise.
