When we make an investment, we expect to make a return. In this sermon Mr. Smith shows us that when God calls a person he expects them to produce growth. Two parables make this point clear. The parable of the sower of the seed in Matthew 13 shows that when the seed falls on good ground it produced growth and the parable of the talents in Matthew 25 shows that God has invested in each of us and expects that invested to grow.
