Our life can become so busy that we "slam" into the Sabbath. We can easily let the Sabbath become a personal holiday. But God has asked that we celebrate this weekly holy time differently than the previous six days. How should the Sabbath be kept? How do we prepare for that special observance so that God is pleased with our keeping of that Day?
