Christ is Creator and Sustainer. The death of Christ as our Passover lamb began our journey as a new creation and wiped our past sins clean. The life of Christ as our High Priest sustains us. We must continually come before the mercy seat of our God through our High Priest so our righteous garments never wear out. We do this until that future Day of Atonement - that final, soon coming, Jubilee that begins true liberty on this planet through the Kingdom of God. First-fruits, as a faithful priesthood, will be liberated from our carnal bodies, and the earth will be liberated from the Devil's influence. But if we don’t endure - justice cuts both ways, reward for the faithful but the end of those who would tempt Christ like those in the wilderness long ago.
