The Sermon on the Mount is the first section of major teaching in the Book of Matthew. Jesus Christ, God in the flesh, did not begin his earthly ministry with a summary or sermon on the Law, but rather reviewed the attributes and qualities of the truly repentant and converted person. Christ reveals what that person will be like and the impact on the world of His Converted Ones.
