How are we as Christians to react to the changes in our society? Should we do as others and form "political action committees" and use organizational powers of the church to get out the vote? Should we resort to boycotts, picketing, or other forms of "economic blackmail"? Should we resort to violence, both verbal and physical, if necessary? Don't the ends justify the means? Perhaps we should be more understanding. Love does cover a multitude of sins, doesn't it?
Maybe we should simply change our views to conform to those of society? Or perhaps the answer is to isolate ourselves - form self-contained communes far from the appalling degeneration taking place around us? How can we best be a light in a dark place?
