God does have things in store for us. Without clear vision we will not see imperfection in ourselves and in the things we do. Loosing our physical vision can be similar to loosing our spiritual vision – both loses will leave us lost and unsure of our destination. Having cataract surgery and having sight restored is similar to receiving spiritual vision and understanding.
