Keeping the Sabbath every week, we can easily fall into bad habits. We need to ask ourselves, "do I delight in the Sabbath?" And we can use the Bible to find out a few ways God wants us to delight in His Sabbath Day. We'll also go to the Bible to remind ourselves how important preparation for the Sabbath Day is to a Christian.
