Jesus Christ's ministry continued after He was raised from the dead, and some of the most important work He accomplished occurred during the 50 days between His resurrection and the Day of Pentecost. The change in the attitude and outlook of the disciples during that time was remarkable, and was the direct result of Christ's working with them, equipping them for the great work that lay before them. The same pattern of equipping the saints is evident through the working of the Apostles, and continues in the Church of God today.
