Christianity is a way of life that can be sifted down into two living biblical constructs: Matthew 22:37 (loving God with all your heart, soul and mind); and 1 Corinthians 6:20 (glorifying God in your mind and body). Combine these two concepts into your personal motto in life to glorify God in our mind and body. Doing this will reap great benefits, both within your heart, and externally to what others see.

Fred Crow is an elder with United Church of God; pastor of the Eureka and San Jose, California congregations. After 34 years, Fred retired from the aerospace industry in 2015. He and his wife Sue have two daughters and eight grandchildren. On the side, he wrote a newspaper column, taught scuba diving, was a published cartoonist; and he is a writer, photographer, and traveler.
