On Passover evening baptized members drink a small cup of wine. Just what does this cup represent and what impact should it have on you and me? Jesus Christ said, “I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now until that day when I drink it with you in My Father’s Kingdom”. We long for that day when we will rise to meet Christ in the air, when God’s Kingdom and government will be established her on earth. We long to attend the marriage supper of the Lamb when we shall become the “bride of Christ”. In the meantime, what can we learn from drinking the “cup of Christ” each year at the Passover?

Mark graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Theology major, from Ambassador College, Pasadena, CA in 1978. He married Barbara Lemke in October of 1978 and they have two grown children, Jaime and Matthew. Mark was ordained in 1985 and hired into the full-time ministry in 1989. Mark is the coordinator for United’s Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing Services and his wife, Barbara, is an interpreter for the Deaf.
