Jeremiah 10:23 tells us that we do not have the ability to direct our steps, but the human tendancy is to trust in our own abilities. In this split sermon Bob Radcliff looks at the four stages of Jacob's life that lead up to his conversion and taught him to lean on God rather than on his own understanding. He then ends the sermon giving us seven lessons we can learn from Jacob's life and apply in our own lives.
