When certain events occur, do you have a nuclear reaction? Nuclear anger, nuclear fear, nuclear sensitivity/persecution complex, nuclear guilt, nuclear sense of duty, nuclear control, nuclear inferiority (not good enough), nuclear pride, nuclear greed, nuclear abandoned/alone/lonely, etc. Chances are, there was something that happened to you, or your loved ones, earlier in your life which left such a deep imprint on you that it is affecting your life/behavior today. To stop the nuclear reactions, one has to forgive and let go.
