Throughout the year on the weekly Sabbath and on Festival days, we hear over 100 messages that consist of sermons, split sermons, and sermonettes. Rom. 10:17 tells us, "So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God." What is so important about messages based on the Word of God? What is our responsibility in regards to what we hear? What are some of the tendencies of human nature we must watch out for when we hear the Word of God? How can we more effectively take advantage of the opportunity to hear the Word of God and associated instruction that is available at God's holy convocations?
