Leading up to Pentecost, Christ spoke to His disciples "of things pertaining to the kingdom of God." Early in His ministry He taught that "Unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." He added, "Unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God." (Acts 1:3; John 3:3, 5). In this split sermon we'll consider how it is that we can be born again, and how that connects with that part of God's plan of salvation that we can learn by observing the Day of Pentecost.
