In Deuteronomy 31:9-13 the priests were instructed to read the Law to the people every seven years during the Feast of Tabernacles. In this sermon Mr. Dowd asks how are we to apply this now. Surely we need to study God's law more than once every seven years. If we are to be teachers of God's law in his kingdom, we must learn God's law and apply it in our lives now.
