The Old Testament is at least one third poetry, but Hebrew poetry isn't like English poetry, so until the 18th century, Western scholars did not
even recognize the OT was filled with poetry. The key to appreciating biblical poetry is parallelism. In this split sermon, I examine parallelism in Biblical poetry, in particular a kind of parallelism called chiasm. And we take a deeper look at the chiastic structure of Psalm 67, the Menorah Psalm.
