Our relationship with God must move beyond submission to God to surrendering to God and trusting in His will for our lives. Examples from Peter's and Abraham's lives are used to show this very critical aspect of our relationship with God.

    Deswita, Surrendering to God can be difficult. We start by submitting, which is obedience, and we eventually surrender in trust and learn to love Him. Ask God to show you His ways and He will lead you to a better relationship with Him.

    The first thing I should do to surrender to God is to obey. Somehow I fail to do what He says. I even go against Him. I surrender yet I still use my understanding instead of giving my time to know HIs purpose. Thank you for this sermon.
