As we near the end of this age the importance of faith in our lives will increase. In this sermon Mr. Smith goes through a sections of Mark 8 and 10 where Jesus tries to teach his disciples that they will face persecution if they follow his teachings. The Bible shows us that if we also follow Jesus we may face persecution in the years ahead of us and we need to develop a strong faith in God's promises to bring us through the times ahead and into his kingdom.
