Teshuva is a Hebrew term that refers to a time of introspection, repentance, and returning to God, usually associated with the Fall Holy Day season. From the perspective of teshuva, there is a trait that can destabilize our relationship with God and others. That trait is double-mindedness. This message defines what that is and how we can counteract it, allowing us to wholeheartedly turn to God as we commemorate the meaning of the Fall Holy Days.
