God has been overseeing the development of mankind throughout history. He has been allowing humanity to choose his Way or the way of death as He has revealed more and more ability to be in personal contact and relationship with Him and True Righteousness. Understanding of these “dispensations” or “administrations” given by God provides us with an overall view of the Plan of salvation as it relates to us. We are able to understand much more clearly what has been happening from the Garden of Eden and continuing into eternity.

A member of God’s Church for over 50 years, and ordained minister since 1989. He and his wife Corinne have been married over 57 years, with 4 children, 11 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren. He majored in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Chemical Engineering at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
