When we think of happiness, many will think of the beatitudes of Matthew 5 and the sermon on the mount, but many are not familiar with the beatitudes of the book of Revelation. Jesus Christ reveals seven beatitudes throughout this book. These verses not only point to the future, but they teach us the way of happiness. These beatitudes point us to the kingdom. God's desire for us is to be happy. The world seeks happiness, but it does not know the way. As we look forward to God's future kingdom and the peace and happiness that it brings, let us remember these blessings that God offers.
