At the Areopagus, a rocky height also known as Mars Hill, the apostle Paul addressed the men of Athens, revealing the One True God - a God of forgiveness and mercy. The confidence of Mars Hill was not in what had been created in man's head or by his hands. It was in the bold declaration by the apostle Paul that this God, through His Son Jesus Christ, not only judges but also forgives repentant sinners, leading to eternal life in God's Kingdom to all who respond.
