Most are aware and concerned about keeping physically clean---washing multiple times daily, wearing clean clothes, avoiding getting soiled in the mud on a rainy day-- but are unconcerned, even oblivious to keeping the inside of their bodies clean. In a similar way most are concerned about how they appear, but are unaware of how spiritually clean or unclean they are inside. Both internal and external cleanliness are of paramount importance for good spiritual as well as physical health, and there are definite actions we can take to improve this health. This message will deal with the reality of internal cleanliness or lack of thereof, and methods by which we can improve our internal cleanliness.
