We can become quite adept at identifying leaven, can't we? "Uhh Uhh! That's leavened!" Or, "you don't want to eat that, because that unpronounceable ingredient right there is leavening and don't you forget it." But is all we are to do for the next seven days is to not eat leavened foods? If all we are doing is putting leavening out of our homes and diets during the next seven days, then we are missing out on the real lesson we need to be learning.
