James Madison, the fourth President of the United States of America, said, we have staked the whole of our political institutions, upon the capacity of each and all of us to govern ourselves according to the Ten Commandments of God. But we find that mankind has a history of forgetting the laws of God resulting in war, crime and suffering among nations and individuals. How will mankind every be restored to peace and obedience to God? Mankind forgets but God will restore.
