Jesus is called the "Word of Life." He is the Messiah, the giver of life--the Creator of physical life, and the one through whom the Father gives eternal life to all who are His. This sermon considers aspects of Christ's role as the living Word of God, and the message--the spoken and written word of God--that He teaches. To understand more fully about the Messiah, we must see Him as the Person who is the Word of Life, and accept His words as the word of life.
