When Mark 1:14-15 tells us Jesus Christ came preaching the gospel of the Kingdom of God and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the Kingdom of God is at hand," what did He means? What was now being fulfilled? The reality is that the stage had now been set for a crucial stage in God's plan the prophesied arrival of the promised Messiah who proclaimed the good news of the Kingdom.
